Arsalan Rasool

Arsalan Rasool, is appointed as a Demonstrator of Prosthetics & Orthotics (BPS-17) at Institute of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Khyber Medical University, Peshawar in April, 2022. He did his graduation from Pakistan Institute of Prosthetic and Orthotic Sciences, Peshawar (PIPOS). Then he did his MPhil in Prosthetic and Orthotic Sciences from ISRA University Islamabad.
He has 7 years of clinical and academic experience in both public and private sectors.  Clinically, he has extensive expertise in the management of persons with disabilities including both prosthetic and orthotic patients. He worked in well-known organisations working on the rehabilitation of person with disabilities. Before joining KMU, he worked as a Prosthetist & Orthotist at Pakistan institute of Prosthetic and Orthotic sciences, Peshawar (PIPOS) for almost 5 years. His research areas of interest are patients of knee osteoarthritis. He also worked as  a lecturer in Royal Institute of medical Sciences Peshawar for almost 1 year where the main subject of teaching was Anatomy and then he joined Shahbaz Sharif Hospital Lahore as a Prosthetist and Orthotist for almost one year.
